HOW TO DRINK
THE NEW NEW FASHIONED

2 oz Grizzly Bear Bourbon 
- 
.5 oz Demerara 
- 
3 dashes Orange Bitters 
- 
3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters 
- 
Stir and strain with ice over large ice cube in rocks glass, orange peel 
SWIZZLE DRIZZLE
- 
1.5 oz Grizzly Bear Bourbon 
- 
1 oz Lemon juice, 1 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz mango puree 
- 
.5 oz Demerara 
- 
Shake and strain with ice over crushed ice in highball glass, pineapple chunk 
GRIZZLY WHISKY SOUR
- 
2 oz Grizzly Bear Bourbon 
- 
1 oz Lemon Juice 
- 
1 egg white 
- 
.5 oz Demerara 
- 
Dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake again, strain into coupe glass
